This page covers Greatdeployer, the operator of greatdeployer.com and the parent business behind our products. Each product has its own product-specific privacy policy that controls for product-specific activity: 3520file.com/privacy-policy and fbarfile.com/privacy-policy.
Who we are
Greatdeployer is a US-based sole proprietorship that builds focused tax-compliance software for US persons. We operate this website (greatdeployer.com) and the product sites listed above. We do not sell your data, ever.
What this policy covers
This policy describes how we handle data at the parent-business level — account records on Stripe, customer-support emails sent to our shared inbox, and any data you give us via the contact link on the homepage. For data you provide while preparing an FBAR or Form 3520 inside one of our products, the product's own privacy policy controls.
Information we collect at the parent level
- Customer-support messages: when you email support@greatdeployer.com or use the homepage contact link, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Payment records: when you buy a product, Stripe processes the payment. Stripe shares with us your name, email, country, the last 4 of your card, and the transaction record — never your full card number, CVV, or PIN. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for what Stripe collects directly.
- Tax-preparation data: we do not collect or store tax-preparation data at the parent level. That data lives inside each product's database, under the product's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To respond to your support request or question.
- To reconcile a charge or process a refund.
- To comply with our tax and regulatory obligations as a US business.
Who we share with
At the parent level we share data only with: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (DNS, email routing, hosting), Google (Gmail, the inbox we read support email in), and any authority we're legally compelled to respond to. We do not share parent-level data with marketers, data brokers, AI-training operators, or product affiliates.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of any parent-level data we hold on you by emailing support@greatdeployer.com. For data inside a product (3520file, FBAR File) use the deletion flow inside that product or the email address on its privacy page. If you're in the EU, UK, or California you have additional rights under the GDPR / CCPA — we honor them all on request, same email address.
Data retention
Customer-support emails: retained 2 years, then deleted. Payment records: retained 7 years per US tax-record requirements. Product data retention is described in each product's own policy.
