These Terms cover Greatdeployer, the operator of greatdeployer.com and the parent business behind our products. When you use a product, that product's own terms control for product-specific activity: 3520file.com/terms-of-service and fbarfile.com/terms-of-service.

Who we are

Greatdeployer is a US-based sole proprietorship that builds focused tax-compliance software for US persons. We are the merchant of record for payments processed through our Stripe account — that means card statements for any of our products read “GREATDEP * PRODUCT”.

Scope of these terms

This page governs your use of greatdeployer.com itself and the parent-level relationship between us. By using the site, contacting us, or paying for any of our products, you agree to these terms plus the product-specific terms of whatever product you use.

Not tax or legal advice

Greatdeployer is not a CPA firm, law firm, or enrolled-agent practice. Our products are software-as-a-service tax preparation tools, not professional advice. If your situation is complex, consult a licensed tax attorney or CPA.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the site or products for any illegal purpose.
• Don't scrape, mirror, or republish our content.
• Don't attempt to compromise security or access another user's data.
• Don't use the products to file on behalf of someone else without their authorization.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Refund eligibility is described on each product's refund page: 3520file.com/refund-policy, fbarfile.com/refund-policy. For billing questions reach us at support@greatdeployer.com.

Intellectual property

We own the Greatdeployer name, the product brands, the site content, and the software. You own the personal data you submit to a product and may export or delete it at any time.

No warranty of IRS / FinCEN acceptance

We provide the products “as is.” We do not warrant that any form we help you prepare will be accepted by the IRS or FinCEN without question, or that you will avoid penalties. You remain responsible for reviewing every form before signing and mailing it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of greatdeployer.com or any of our products is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). We are not liable for IRS / FinCEN penalties, interest, lost opportunity, professional fees you incur responding to an audit, or reputational harm.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any litigation permitted under these Terms shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Product-level terms each contain their own arbitration clauses that control for product-specific disputes.
